360 Rotation Program

About the role

AAIB is launching a 12‑month 360 Rotation Program designed for high‑potential fresh graduates. Participants will rotate through multiple departments within the bank, gaining hands‑on experience, leadership training, AI knowledge and project‑management exposure to prepare for future banking roles.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations across key AAIB departments, acquiring diversified banking knowledge.
• Engage in an academic component and a final graduation project that applies learned skills.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in leadership and AI‑focused development tracks.

Required profile

• Maximum of 1 year total work experience; recent graduate.
• Strong learning agility, curiosity and drive to grow in a dynamic banking environment.
• Eagerness to explore different fields within the bank through rotations.
