3D Designer (Events & Exhibitions)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented 3D Designer to turn concepts into realistic, execution‑ready visualisations for events, exhibitions and brand activations. You will work closely with the Art Director and project teams to ensure designs meet client needs and site specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 3D designs and visualisations for stages, booths, exhibition stands, interactive zones and installations.
• Transform creative concepts into realistic, visually appealing models ready for production.
• Develop designs based on actual site dimensions, layouts and technical requirements.
• Produce detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders for client presentations and project execution.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, creative and project teams to refine concepts.
• Incorporate feedback from internal reviews and clients to improve designs.
• Ensure designs are practical, accurate and aligned with creative direction.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions to resolve challenges.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of professional experience in 3D design or visualisation.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, experiential or brand activation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively within creative and project teams.
• Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
