Account Executive – Remote B2B SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join 100Hires, a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that automates recruiting workflows. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, and help SMBs hire faster through our email, SMS, voicemail, and interview‑scheduling automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, conduct live demos and handle objections.
• Perform deep discovery to map customer pain points to product features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails and create/optimize cold‑outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and record educational videos for prospects and customers.
• Maintain perfect CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS, preferably with $1K–$5K ACV.
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, asynchronous communication.
• Excellent live‑demo and objection‑handling abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand product use cases deeply.
• Highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
