About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager for Ad Operations to drive success for our advertising clients on the noon platform. You will manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, provide performance insights, and identify growth opportunities through cross‑selling and upselling.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full campaign setup and execution to ensure high‑quality performance and client satisfaction.
- Deliver timely, insightful performance reports to clients.
- Identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities with Noon’s brand solutions.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key brands in your category.
- Manage ad portfolios for top clients, guiding onboarding, strategy consulting, and goal achievement.
- Analyze metrics and performance data to recommend improvements.
- Maintain a metric‑driven approach, continuously evaluating analytics to enhance results.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in campaign management, account management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic thinking skills to navigate complex issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and with clients.
- Bias for action and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.
