About the role
The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts from our Markaz Tanta office, ensuring high satisfaction, retention and growth. You will act as the primary contact, understand client needs and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships.
- Prepare and present proposals, track account performance and monitor contracts and renewals.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on account status and KPIs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or client‑facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, handling multiple accounts.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and recommend actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Markaz Tanta and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Competence in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
- Experience with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with word processing tools (e.g., Word).
