Account Manager – Client Relations & Project Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships, oversee project execution, and translate business goals into compelling creative and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with assigned clients.
• Interpret briefs, objectives, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and approval processes.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and performance reports.
• Identify growth opportunities to enhance client brands and profitability.
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines and Müller’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong client management and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a sense of project ownership.
• Solid understanding of branding, marketing and digital concepts.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Effective presentation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Agency experience preferred; FMCG or retail background a plus.
