About the role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to oversee strategic corporate travel accounts in Cairo. The role focuses on retaining and growing key client relationships while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and retain assigned corporate travel accounts.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Conduct regular business reviews and follow‑up meetings.
- Support new client implementations and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and customer service teams.
- Handle client complaints and escalations with professionalism and ownership.
- Monitor service quality, response times, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and increase account revenue.
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and action plans for clients.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, corporate sales, or travel management.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage client escalations.
- Commercial mindset with relationship‑building skills.
- High attention to detail and follow‑up.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Experience in corporate travel, hospitality, airlines, or related service industries is a strong advantage.
