Account Manager – Corporate Travel Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to oversee strategic corporate travel accounts in Cairo. The role focuses on retaining and growing key client relationships while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and retain assigned corporate travel accounts.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and follow‑up meetings.
• Support new client implementations and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and customer service teams.
• Handle client complaints and escalations with professionalism and ownership.
• Monitor service quality, response times, and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and increase account revenue.
• Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and action plans for clients.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, corporate sales, or travel management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage client escalations.
• Commercial mindset with relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail and follow‑up.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Experience in corporate travel, hospitality, airlines, or related service industries is a strong advantage.
