Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager will work full‑time on‑site in Heliopolis, acting as the primary liaison between our agency and its clients. You will ensure that digital marketing strategies and campaigns are aligned with each client’s business objectives while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, understanding goals and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, content, social media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Prepare and present performance reports, interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee project timelines, track deliverables, and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to strategic discussions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success within marketing or advertising.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
