Account Manager – East Delta Region

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts in the East Delta region, driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as the main interface between customers and Holcim US, coordinating with internal teams to deliver products and services safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety legislation and company policies, maintaining safe working practices.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Promote and sell Holcim’s cement, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s presence within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing in line with company guidelines.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively address customer concerns, service issues, or complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with sales operations, dispatch, logistics, and plant teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, customer visits, and revenue performance.
