Account Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Account Manager position is based in Qesm El Maadi and focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts within the spices, herbs, seeds and green coffee market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client product requirements and coordinate with internal teams for accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Track orders, monitor deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends, prepare regular sales reports and contribute to sales planning and forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or customer relationship management, preferably in food ingredients, FMCG or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing and basic sales metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest or familiarity with spices, herbs, seeds or coffee markets is beneficial.
