Account Manager

About the role

Early Birds is looking for a proactive Social Media Account Manager to act as the main liaison between the agency and its clients. You will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate internal teams to achieve high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate internal creative, strategy, and production teams to meet campaign deadlines.
• Oversee the delivery of social media campaigns and content, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues promptly.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management within a marketing, advertising, or social‑media agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Experience with project‑management or collaboration tools is a plus.
