Account Manager – Mid‑Tail Hotel Portfolio (Cairo)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Account Manager to grow and optimise its supply network in the Middle East and Africa region. Based in Cairo, you will remotely manage a portfolio of mid‑tail hotels, strengthening partnerships and driving performance through data‑focused, digital‑first strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of 75–100 mid‑tail hotels.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships via calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Analyse key supply metrics (SHS, DS, Pvar, AV) and recommend improvement actions.
• Activate Agoda products and promotions, track performance and document outcomes.
• Use Agoda’s digital tools (Avaya, HubSpot, SHS/DS Playbooks) for outreach, logging and reporting.
• Ensure at least 90% portfolio coverage each quarter, prioritising under‑performing properties.
• Participate in training on new tools, processes and best practices.
• Serve as the point of contact for partner escalations within the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development or supply/e‑commerce.
• Strong relationship‑management and negotiation skills with proven B2B success.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Comfortable working in a digital‑first, remote environment.
