Account Manager – Non-Life Insurance

About the role

Wisely Insure is looking for a proactive Account Manager to support its corporate non‑life insurance portfolio. You will act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, manage day‑to‑day claims, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily claims processing for corporate clients.
• Maintain client relationships, drive policy renewals and retention.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, service concerns and special requests.
• Liaise directly with insurance companies to coordinate services.
• Manage collections and payment follow‑ups with both clients and insurers.
• Visit client premises or attend meetings as needed.
• Report to the Senior General Insurance Advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant (non‑medical) field.
• 1–2 years of B2B account management experience.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Client‑oriented mindset and professional appearance.
• Possession of a personal car is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
