Accountant – General Accounting (Hybrid, New Cairo)

About the role

Rustic is seeking a General Accountant with at least two years of experience to join its fast‑growing wellness brand. The role is hybrid, with three days on‑site in New Cairo and the remaining days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Upload and manage invoices through the Egyptian Electronic Invoicing System.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Assist with financial documentation and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant.
• Hands‑on experience with the Egyptian Electronic Invoicing System.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in e‑commerce is a plus.
