About the role
We are looking for an Accountant specialized in HR control to manage payroll, employee benefits and compliance. The role ensures accurate salary processing, oversees allowances and handles social and medical insurance claims.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, incentives and allowances.
- Manage employee benefits such as social insurance, government medical insurance, and related claims.
- Review and adjust transportation, mobile, fuel, car, representation, meal and special allowances according to company policy.
- Monitor loan advances, penalties and other employee deductions.
- Prepare monthly and annual payroll and benefits reports.
- Coordinate with business units to align incentives with policy.
- Assess and process claims from governmental agencies, emergency funds and training associations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
