Accountant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑obsessed Accountant to support our fast‑moving entities in the UAE and Singapore. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working closely with a fractional CFO, you will own day‑to‑day bookkeeping and help improve cash flow across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Perform multi‑currency bank reconciliations and month‑end manual journal entries.
• Manage invoicing, accruals, pre‑payments and financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Chase accounts receivable via email, WhatsApp and phone while preserving client relationships.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure compliance with UAE e‑invoicing requirements.
• Collaborate with team members across time zones (±4 hours of Dubai).

Required profile

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounts administration experience, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong command of Xero and proven ability to manage multi‑currency accounting.
• Demonstrated success in collections and accounts receivable management.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to meet recurring deadlines without micromanagement.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a high level of discretion with sensitive financial data.
