Accounting Manager – Incoming Division

About the role

CTT Egypt Incoming Travel Agency is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of its Incoming Division. The role involves overseeing all accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insight to support the division’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions for the Incoming Division.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Manage deposits, supplier payments, and client accounts.
• Supervise financial center activities, including taxes, profit & loss statements, cost files, bank relations, payroll, budgeting, and general expenses.
• Handle IATA airline finance operations, ensuring proper reconciliation and compliance.
• Review and manage invoices from agents and suppliers.
• Support operational teams with financial insights and controls.
• Coordinate with senior management to safeguard allocations and guarantee smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an accounting manager role.
• Specialist experience in incoming tourism operations within a travel agency (excluding domestic, Hajj, or outgoing divisions).
• Proven expertise in financial management, reporting, and compliance.
• Experience with IATA airline finance and related accounting procedures.
• Strong ability to lead and supervise accounting teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
