Accounts Receivable Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

Genpact is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is fluent in French to join its global finance team. In this position you will manage the end‑to‑end invoice‑to‑cash cycle, ensuring timely collection and accurate cash application for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and invoice requests.
• Process and allocate customer payments accurately.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and aged receivables.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unidentified cash.
• Handle customer queries and support dispute resolution.
• Reconcile customer accounts, including credits and debits.
• Maintain AR documentation and process updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely collection and cash‑application activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• French language proficiency at B2 level.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, cash application, collections and SAP.
• Experience with invoice‑to‑cash (I2C) processes is preferred.
