Activation Representative – Customer Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for energetic, customer‑oriented Activation Representatives to promote FORSA’s products at designated booths and activation points. You will engage walk‑in visitors, guide them through registration, and help achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent FORSA professionally at assigned booths and activation locations.
• Engage with walk‑in customers, explain products and services, and promote current offers.
• Assist customers throughout the registration and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and registrations.
• Ensure booth branding and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
• Coordinate daily activities and performance updates with the sales team and supervisor.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or undergraduate students are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts and at different booth locations.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and digital platforms.
