ADAS Triage & Defect Management Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead triage and defect management for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) hardware sensors, including radar, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors. The role supports end‑of‑line and after‑sales diagnostics for ADAS ECUs and sensors, ensuring product quality and reliability throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end resolution of technical issues across existing and new ADAS platforms.
• Manage supplier engagement, project planning, risk assessment, and senior‑level status reporting.
• Apply structured defect resolution methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys to deliver permanent corrective actions.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and make sound technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to remove blockers and meet quality and timeline commitments.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience on complex automotive projects, preferably in ADAS or safety‑critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS hardware sensors (radar, cameras, ultrasonic) and automotive diagnostics (UDS, DTC analysis).
• Experience in defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and issue‑resolution processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
