Admin Accounting Assistant

About the role

The Admin Accounting Assistant will support the finance team by handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth interaction with suppliers, clients and internal departments. This on‑site position is based in Sheikh Zayed and follows a Sunday‑to‑Thursday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing management and other financial transactions.
• Manage petty cash, conduct bank reconciliations and track expenses.
• Prepare client invoices, agreements and quotations.
• Process supplier documents and verify legal invoices, including MOF, tax numbers and company details.
• Coordinate with banks, government authorities, accounting firms, suppliers and clients.
• Collect withholding tax certificates from clients.
• Maintain and monitor company assets, including issuance and return of employee equipment.
• Handle filing, documentation and record‑keeping to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
