About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman and executive team. The role involves managing daily operations, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth coordination across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, preparing itineraries and handling logistics.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders as needed.
- Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Support project tracking and follow‑up on action items.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Assist with general office administration to ensure efficient daily operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho (a plus).
