Administrative Assistant

About the role

The Administrative Assistant will coordinate and track delivery operations, acting as the main point of contact for riders and ensuring that delivery statuses are accurately reflected in the Odoo ERP system. The role supports daily operational flow and helps the team meet its key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor delivery activities, responding promptly to rider inquiries and operational issues.
• Update and maintain delivery statuses using Odoo ERP.
• Maintain vehicle and delivery records, organize fleet documentation, and assist in report preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP (or similar ERP systems).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
