About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to manage front‑desk duties and provide administrative support across HR, Finance and other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and receive clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or employee.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts and other official documents.
- Handle basic administrative paperwork, filing, and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of requests.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, requests, and administrative documents, and keep the reception area presentable.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Professional appearance, ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
