About the role
The Administrative Officer will act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient clinic operations. This role combines customer service excellence with detailed administrative support in a fast‑paced medical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle patient enquiries via phone and email, delivering high‑quality service.
- Schedule, amend, and cancel appointments while keeping patient records up to date.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinics, laboratories, and insurance providers to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Process referrals, medical reports, test results, invoices, and insurance claims.
- Support overall clinic operations through administration, financial coordination, and diary management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and financial information.
- Ensure clear communication and effective handovers within the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a related medical support role.
- C1 level English proficiency with strong spoken and written communication.
- Patient‑first attitude with excellent service skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to work well in a team in a fast‑moving environment.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential data.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and quick learning of new systems.
What we offer
- Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
- Working hours 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM with a 1‑hour break, Monday to Friday.
- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
