Admissions & Enrollment Officer

About the role

The Admissions & Enrollment Officer will guide prospective students through the admissions process, review applications and supporting documents, answer program‑related questions, and follow up from initial inquiry through enrollment. This position works on‑site in Nasr City, Cairo, supporting an international university environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the university application process and explain admissions requirements, program options, tuition, and scholarships.
• Review applications and supporting documents for completeness, identify missing information, and follow up with applicants.
• Maintain accurate applicant records, track progress, and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Communicate with applicants via email, phone, and online meetings, providing updates and scheduling interviews as needed.
• Provide general information about Windsor University USA programs, study formats, and visa‑related procedures.
• Collaborate with faculty, admissions staff, and university administrators to resolve complex queries.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the education sector, preferably in university admissions, enrollment services, or student support.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Patient, supportive, and student‑centered attitude.
• Resides within 30 minutes of the Nasr City office.
