Affluent & Private Clients Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to serve our affluent and private client segment. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored banking solutions and growing client portfolios while contributing to the bank’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a full range of banking products and services to affluent customers in a professional manner.
• Manage and expand client portfolios to increase segment profitability.
• Maintain regular, proactive contact with clients to deepen relationships and attract new business.
• Promote suitable products and services, meeting sales targets and branch objectives.
• Prepare credit applications and coordinate with relevant departments for approval.
• Conduct site visits to prospect new high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ensure prompt assistance, high satisfaction, and timely resolution of client complaints.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 1 year focused on the affluent segment.
• Strong knowledge of banking services, products, and related systems.
• Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
