AI Agent Operator – Remote

About the role

You will lead AI‑driven content creation for Orange Antelopes, shaping brand voice and delivering high‑volume copy, scripts, imagery concepts, and video briefs. This remote, full‑time position blends AI engineering with marketing to scale engagement across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and manage AI content generation agents on ClientsGlobal’s platform and related infrastructure.
• Design, test, and iterate prompt‑engineering frameworks tailored to brand voice, property portfolio, and target audiences.
• Build and maintain automated workflows that integrate with editorial and production pipelines.
• Monitor agent performance, track output quality and efficiency, and implement continuous improvements.
• Generate first‑draft written content (property descriptions, social captions, email copy, ad scripts, video narrations, campaign briefs).
• Apply quality assurance checks for factual accuracy, brand alignment, grammar, cultural sensitivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with copy supervisors, video directors, and graphic designers to refine AI‑generated drafts and visual concepts.
• Maintain a library of prompt templates, agent configurations, and workflow blueprints for team reuse.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with large language models and generative AI tools.
• Proficient in English (conversational) and fully fluent in Arabic.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple concurrent AI tasks and meet deadlines.
