AI Cybersecurity Architect (Governance & Control Frameworks)

About the role

The bank is expanding its AI and Machine Learning capabilities and needs a senior professional to define and enforce security governance for all AI initiatives. You will design the policies, controls, and architectures that protect AI models, large language models, and data pipelines throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Author, implement and maintain an enterprise‑wide AI Security Policy aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and local CBE regulations.
• Architect and validate technical and administrative controls for data ingestion, model training, deployment and inference, addressing threats such as data poisoning, model inversion, prompt injection and unauthorized exfiltration.
• Define secure reference architectures and guardrails for MLOps pipelines, embedding vulnerability scanning, integrity verification and security checks into continuous deployment workflows.
• Lead AI‑specific threat‑modeling and risk‑assessment exercises across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven expertise as an AI Cybersecurity Architect or equivalent senior role.
• Deep knowledge of AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance in the banking sector.
• Experience designing security controls for the full AI/ML lifecycle.
