AI Engineer / Agentic Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Agentic Engineers to join our fully remote team. You will help build and maintain Hausverwalter AI, an AI‑first platform for property‑management companies that enables customers to create and train AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the web application using Next.js, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, Tailwind and shadcn/ui.
• Work in an AI‑first development environment with Claude and Cursor.
• Manage version control and collaboration through GitHub.
• Ensure high code quality, testing, and maintainable architecture.
• Write database functions, migrations and perform ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve existing systems.
• Contribute to technical decisions, stack evolution and product vision.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent programming/automation experience.
• Solid English communication skills; German not required.
• Strong technical understanding, problem‑solving ability and disciplined work style.
• Capacity to handle performance pressure and quickly comprehend new concepts.
