About the role
We are seeking a linguistically‑skilled Tutor to join our AI training team. You will work remotely with Arabic‑ and English‑speaking chatbots, measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and crafting novel conversations to improve model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Design and present diverse, complex problems for AI chatbots.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
- Conduct conversational tests in both Arabic and English.
- Write original dialogue scripts to teach desired responses.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to assess linguistic quality.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Based in Egypt and able to work as an independent contractor.
