AI Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to help improve AI systems by completing structured labeling, rating and evaluation tasks. This fully remote, flexible contract position lets you work from home on your own schedule while contributing to real‑world AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structured labeling, rating and evaluation of AI‑generated content across text, image and audio formats.
• Assess the quality and accuracy of AI outputs using clear guidelines and rubrics.
• Provide structured feedback to flag errors, inconsistencies or low‑quality responses.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own workload within 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work without micromanagement.
• Comfortable using web‑based platforms and digital tools.
• Clear, confident written communicator in English.
• Curious about AI and how intelligent systems learn.
