AI/ML Developer II

About the role

The AI/ML Developer II will design, build, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that power our products and internal systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to integrate scalable AI models into operational workflows and ensure their reliable performance in production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve machine learning models used across company systems.
• Optimize model performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop AI‑powered features and integrate them into applications and services.
• Deploy and maintain internally developed AI tools in operational environments.
• Support the reliable operation of AI systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Develop and integrate features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), including AI copilots and agent‑based workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and apply them to product development.
• Document technical designs, perform root‑cause analysis of failures, and ensure compliance with data‑privacy and security standards.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML development or related software engineering roles.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions on model optimization and AI tool deployment.
• Willingness to escalate high‑impact decisions to the AI Manager.
