AI/ML Engineer – Enterprise Solutions (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimise machine‑learning and generative‑AI solutions for enterprise applications. The role involves building scalable models, creating end‑to‑end pipelines, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑driven value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, train and deploy machine‑learning and deep‑learning models for enterprise use cases.
• Build and optimise end‑to‑end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, model training, evaluation and deployment.
• Develop generative‑AI and LLM‑powered applications using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain models on cloud platforms ensuring scalability, reliability and security.
• Optimise model performance through feature engineering, hyper‑parameter tuning and continuous evaluation.
• Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring and CI/CD automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–11 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning or data science.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
