Join Siemens Digital Industries Software’s Calibre team to lead the integration of Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies into mission‑critical EDA products. You will shape the future of semiconductor design tools, delivering higher productivity and precision for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement cutting‑edge AI/ML solutions within Calibre products.
• Drive quality assurance and performance optimization across multiple platforms.
• Lead strategic technical initiatives and provide thought leadership across cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and influence product direction.
• Design and develop scalable software systems focused on AI/ML integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s with equivalent experience considered).
• Strong software development background with experience in Python, Java or C++.
• Proven track record building and deploying production‑grade AI/ML applications.
• Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch and Generative AI technologies.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles.
• Experience with Large Language Models and enterprise AI applications is a plus.
