Airline Ticketing Officer (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Airline Ticketing Officer to join our Cairo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will manage flight reservations, issue tickets and support customers throughout their travel journey.

Key responsibilities

• Book and issue airline tickets using the company’s ticketing system.
• Assist customers with itinerary planning and answer ticket‑related queries.
• Process cancellations, refunds and schedule changes accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all transactions and ensure compliance with airline regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems and booking platforms.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling ticket data.
• Problem‑solving skills for handling cancellations and refunds.
• Familiarity with the travel and tourism sector in Egypt is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in airline ticketing or reservation systems is a plus.
