Airport Representative – Hurghada

About the role

Jet2holidays is launching operations in Egypt in February 2027 and is seeking enthusiastic Airport Representatives to welcome and assist customers at Hurghada Airport. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and memorable journey from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every passenger with a friendly Jet2holidays smile and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist customers throughout the airport, offering transfer and holiday information via a tablet and distributing welcome packs.
• Act as the primary contact during flight disruptions, emergencies, and escalations, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with transfer providers and support operations both inside the terminal and at the coach park.
• Maintain on‑time performance and high customer‑satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• Valid right‑to‑work documents for Egypt (Egyptian National ID or passport).
• Reside in Egypt with your own accommodation and ability to travel to the airport at any hour.
• Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, split shifts and weekends, with rosters provided four weeks in advance.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods outdoors, especially during summer months.
