Aluminum Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Aluminum Site Engineer to join our team in Maadi, Egypt. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, installation and hand‑over of aluminium projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety and schedule requirements. You will work closely with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery and installation of aluminium doors, windows, façade elements, louvers and skylights on site.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, clients and internal teams to resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure all works comply with project plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Manage quality control processes and conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to standards.
• Maintain project timelines and support the hand‑over phase to clients.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in onsite project management and supervision of aluminium works.
• Strong background in aluminium doors, windows, façade, louvers and skylight installations.
• Solid understanding of aluminium profiles and system providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with aluminium system manufacturers is considered a plus.
