Application Technical Leader – UX/UI

About the role

We are looking for an Application Technical Leader specialized in UX/UI to drive the creation of intuitive, user‑centered web applications. You will guide design strategy, mentor junior designers, and ensure high‑quality visual standards across our product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual standards.
• Collaborate closely with front‑end developers to ensure accurate implementation and accessibility.
• Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end design projects, from concept to delivery, for multiple squads.
• Mentor junior designers and manage onboarding of new design talent.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading at least six design projects from conception to launch.
• Demonstrated ability to design 15‑25 complete user journeys and deliver 10‑20 production UI designs used by over 1,000 active users.
• Experience collaborating with multiple engineers and product owners in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
