Arabic Tutor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic tutor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, assess their performance, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their language capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design diverse and complex problem sets for AI chatbots.
• Engage in bilingual conversations with bots to measure progress.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and overall performance.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for model improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Must be based in Egypt and able to work independently as a contractor.
