Arabic‑Speaking Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

Bookimed, a leader in medical tourism, is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Sales Representative to join its international team. Working remotely, you will guide patients through their treatment journey, matching them with top‑rated clinics worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and financial goals.
• Handle patient inquiries, assess needs, and propose the best clinic options.
• Maintain communication with patients via chat, email, and IP telephony throughout the treatment process.
• Record and manage patient information using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and colleagues to maximise results.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (B2 or higher) and functional English (B1 or higher).
• Result‑oriented, motivated to sell and earn commissions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a desire for financial and professional growth.
• Willingness to respond to patients outside regular hours when needed.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Familiarity with chat, email and IP telephony tools.
