About the role
TransMills Solutions is seeking a qualified Architect to join its multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to the full architectural design process for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes.
Key responsibilities
- Execute design services for assigned projects under the guidance of the Design Manager or Senior/Project Architect.
- Develop architectural solutions that meet client needs, budget constraints, and construction feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other specialists to deliver integrated project outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registration as an Architect.
- 4–6 years of professional experience across design phases, including architecture, structure, and engineering.
- Proven ability to handle complex projects and deliver creative, technically sound solutions.
Required skills
- Proficiency in BIM workflows (mandatory).
- LEED and PMP certifications.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and MS Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
