Architect & Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Architect/Interior Designer to join our Saudi‑based firm operating in Nasr City. You will lead the creation of architectural and interior concepts for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts, space plans, mood boards and material boards.
• Produce detailed architectural and interior drawings, shop drawings, 3D models and BIM documentation using AutoCAD, Revit and other industry tools.
• Select finishes, furniture, lighting and decorative elements, and prepare technical specifications and material schedules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, procurement) to deliver integrated, compliant solutions.
• Refine designs based on client feedback, sustainability goals and current design trends.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, municipal regulations, health‑safety requirements and company standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare technical reports and maintain design resources and material libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
