Architect

About the role

TransMills Solutions is seeking a qualified Architect to join its multidisciplinary design team. The role involves contributing to the full architectural design process for a variety of projects while ensuring compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design services for assigned projects under the guidance of the Design Manager or Senior/Project Architect.
• Develop architectural solutions that meet client needs, codes, standards, and construction feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other specialists to integrate all design disciplines.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards throughout the design phase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registration as an architect.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience across architecture, structural, and engineering design phases.
• Proven ability to handle complex projects and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM workflows.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and MS Office.
• LEED certification.
• PMP certification.
