Architect Technical Office

About the role

RFCO is seeking an experienced Architect for its Technical Office. Based in Hanoi, the role will support the design and documentation of residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs and technical drawings for assigned projects.
• Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and coordination drawings.
• Ensure designs meet project standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve design issues.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and technical office environments.
• Proven experience in real‑estate or construction projects is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
