Architectural Finishing QC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Finishing QC Engineer to lead quality control activities for architectural finishing works on residential and commercial projects. The role involves ensuring that all finishing works meet the approved drawings, specifications, and industry quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect finishing works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct handover inspections and prepare detailed quality reports.
• Raise technical observations and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve issues.
• Follow up on snag lists and ensure timely closure of comments.
• Review and approve finishing materials before installation.
• Implement QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing quality control.
• Strong background in architectural finishing inspections and handover procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and review shop drawings and technical documents.
• Good reporting and communication skills.
• Experience on residential and commercial projects is preferred.
