Architectural Technical Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technical Office Manager to lead our technical office team in El Sheikh Zayed, Giza. The role combines design coordination, BIM management, and quality assurance to ensure that all architectural deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the architectural technical office team.
• Review, coordinate, and approve architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Manage BIM/CAD standards, drawing quality, and model integrity.
• Prepare and review material specifications, technical submittals, and BOQs.
• Support tendering processes by producing technical reports and contract documents.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and technical milestones.
• Resolve technical issues during design and construction phases.
• Oversee quality assurance procedures across all architectural outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 8–15+ years of architectural experience, including several years in a technical office leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations and international standards.
• Excellent project management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
