Architecture Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Architecture Estimation Engineer to join our back‑office team in New Cairo. The engineer will support the preparation of competitive tender packages for hospitality, healthcare, corporate, commercial and institutional interior fit‑out projects across the GCC and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs to define project scope and cost exposure.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and fit‑out works, including finishes, joinery, specialist materials, labour, subcontractors and equipment.
• Compile compliant and competitive tender submissions within defined deadlines.
• Source, analyse and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for fit‑out and hospitality works.
• Support negotiations, feasibility studies, risk assessments and value‑engineering exercises.
• Coordinate with project managers, design, procurement and commercial teams throughout the tender lifecycle.
• Manage tender clarifications and revisions with clients and consultants.
• Capture lessons learned to continuously improve estimating practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural estimation for fit‑out, corporate or hospitality projects.
• Exposure to high‑end interior works, architectural finishes, joinery and premium materials.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and cost analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with estimation tools/software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
