Area Director of Marketing – Luxury Heritage Hotel

About the role

The Area Director of Marketing will lead the positioning of Le Metropole as a premier global luxury heritage destination. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape high‑impact revenue and branding strategies that blend the hotel’s historic charm with modern digital excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute revenue‑driving marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Develop and manage elite corporate partnership programs to expand the hotel’s reach.
• Define and maintain the brand’s luxury heritage positioning across all channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise spend, and report results to executive management.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations and guest experience teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue‑focused strategies.
• Deep expertise in brand building and market positioning.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Fluent English; knowledge of the Egyptian market is a plus.
