Area Manager – Pharmacist (Multiple Branches)

About the role

The Area Manager – Pharmacist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in 6th of October, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of several pharmacy branches within the Abo Ali Pharmacies network.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock management, and guarantee accurate medication dispensing and patient counseling.
• Track branch performance, analyse sales and service metrics, and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members, coordinate training programmes, and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic growth initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with solid pharmaceutical knowledge and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities, including experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Area Manager.
• Strong operational skills in branch management, inventory control, workflow optimisation, and implementation of SOPs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review financial and performance reports, manage targets, and contribute to growth strategies.
